Young Adult Services provides a full range of print and digital resources, including books, magazines, graphic novels, ebooks and audiobooks suitable for teens. We also engage young adults with specialty programming, Teen Advisory Board meetings, and more.
Students can get homework help through access to educational databases and digital content using a Sumter County Library card at Discus, Overdrive, and RBdigital.
The Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is a great way for teens 13-18 to get involved with the library. Teens can participate in a variety of ways: shelving books, tutoring younger students, planning teen programs, or helping to lead programs designed for younger students.  Members earn volunteer hours for their time and gain experience they can add to college applications and resumes.
Please stop by the library,  call us at (803) 773-7273 or email sumchild1@gmail.com for information about how to join and upcoming meetings.
