The Sumter County Library will be closed Monday, May 28th for Memorial Day and Tuesday, May 29th for a Staff Development Day.

If you missed the Friends Annual book sale in November, come by the Sumter County Library and check out the books for sale at the Friends Corner Book Shelf, located on the 1st floor at the corner of Large Type Fiction and Circulation Desk. Hardback books are $1.00 and paperback books $0.50. If you’re in the Wesmark Branch Library area you can visit their Friends Shelf. They will be glad to see you, too. There are like-new books for everyone.
